My newsletter’s odd name is inspired by a quote from the eminent writer Neil Gaiman: “I think it’s really important for a writer to have a compost heap. Everything you read, things that you write, things that you listen to, people you encounter all go on to the compost heap. And then they’ll rot down, and out of them will grow up beautiful stories.”
To me, life is much the same. Our experiences, the books we read, the people we encounter, and the work we do all ferment in our internal compost heap. From this fertile mix emerge new ideas, innovative solutions to client’s challenges, and fresh approaches to stories and projects.
This newsletter will celebrate the beautiful blossoms that can spring forth from our collective compost heap.
